DATA PROTECTION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council


Avova GmbH with registered office at Blaubeurer Str. 71, 89077 Ulm, Germany, VAT ID DE 315 333 875 (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "Data Controller"), as the controller for the processing of personal data, provides the following privacy policy in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") for the data subjects (hereinafter referred to as "Data Subjects").

  • Right not to be subject to automated decisions : Protection against decisions based solely on automated processing, unless they are necessary for the performance of a contract or are based on consent.
  • Right to lodge a complaint : You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if there are violations of the GDPR.
